How do I book with you??
You can start by heading to my contact page and sending your inquiry, I typically respond in 24-48 hours to let you know if I have your date available! From there we can set up a phone call or go over things via text. I'll send over a contract and invoice. Your session is locked in once I've received your signature and non refundable retainer!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
For weddings, 10-14 weeks (depending on the season)
Regular sessions are 4-6 weeks.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
At this time, I do not offer albums or prints. I do have a list of recommended labs that you can work with!
Do you require a retainer to book?
Yes. A 30% non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking for weddings and sessions. All 2026 mini sessions will have a non refundable retainer fee of $100 to reserve your session.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings I recommend reaching out at least 6-12 months before your day.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. I am based in Maryland but I am happy to travel wherever, just pay a travel fee! Up to 50 miles are included from zip code 20685. After that, I charge $1.00 per mile.
Can I add on hours to my package after booking?
Yes! Just let me know and I'll add it to your invoice. If things run late the day of and you'd like me to stay, I can invoice after the event for the additional time.
Do you help with a timeline?
Yes! All my wedding packages include timeline assistance. About 6 weeks before your day, we hop on the phone and create a timeline together making sure we have enough time for everything you want captured.
How many photos will we get back?
The minimum amount of images I capture per hour at a wedding is 60 images. Though, the end amount will depend on how many things were happening during your day! A busier wedding day will always yield more images and vice versa.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
Most people say this before their session and I promise you are not alone. My job isn't just to take photos, it's to guide you. I'll gently direct you with simple prompts and natural movements so you're never left wondering what to do. Within a few minutes most couples start to forget the camera is even there and that's when the real moments happen. Plus, I like to think I'm the funniest person I know, so I'll keep you laughing!
Do you edit the photos?
Yes! All images are hand edited and delivered in a high resolution gallery where you can download your images. No raw images will be provided under any circumstances.
